These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Austin EV Charger Installation's website and services. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
Services Offered
We provide home Level 2 EV charger installation and related electrical services across the Greater Austin metropolitan area, including:
- Hardwired Level 2 EV charger installation
- NEMA 14-50 and NEMA 6-50 outlet installation
- Tesla Wall Connector and Universal Wall Connector installation (Tesla Certified)
- Multi-brand EV charger installation
- Group Power Management (smart load management) installation
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are flat-rate and include labor, permit fees, and the install components specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days. If site conditions differ materially from what was described at quoting, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.
Payment
We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the install unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty
Installation labor carries a workmanship warranty for one year from the install date. Charger hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; we'll help facilitate warranty claims where applicable.
Permits and Inspection
Permits are pulled in your property's jurisdiction (City of Austin or applicable suburb) and inspection is coordinated by us. You're responsible for being available for the inspector visit at the scheduled time.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services beyond what is required by Texas law. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific install at issue.
